Tyler wa so accommodating! Made a special birthday dessert and made us feel like so special. The meal was amazing.
We picked this from all the Summerlicious restaurants because of their extensive menu and we were not disappointed. Escargots was delicious, rib eye steak was prepared nicely and when I asked for a fatty cut, I did get a fatty cut! Fantastic! Desserts were great too! I had the caramel cheesecake and my friend got the raspberry chocolate torte. Highly recommend this place. Giving it 4 stars because you still need to go to the 2nd floor of the hotel for the washroom and they were not tidy. And they used a plastic bag for our to go. You’re a steakhouse, you have to have some class 🥴
Me and my family had a wonderful three course meal for Summerlicous. The waiter, Peter was friendly, attentive and courteous. The New York steak, garlic cheese bread, and truffle mushroom were tasty. New York cheesecake and Rasberry, mouse cake were delicious also. Definetly reccomend.
The food was very tasty! I would recommend this place for a nice steak and good sides (the mashed potato is DELISH!). The bathroom taps were odd (as others have commented). Overall, I would recommend!
It is a hidden gem!! I tried the summerlicious and it was great! The staffs are very nice and good service.
Peter was great, solid guy, great service
Hubby & I came here tonight for date night and took advantage of the Summerlicious deal - 3 course meal for $55 per person. We made reservations a few days in advance. I ordered the Cosmo's Cosmopolitan, which was a bit pricy at $15, but definitely delicious and made very well! Hubby had a craft beer. The meal consisted of an appetizer each (we shared the shrimp cocktail and calamari). I was skeptical about how many shrimp would be in the appetizer, but there were 6 plump shrimp with a delicious homemade cocktail sauce. The calamari fritti was a generous portion, not too oily and cooked to perfection - not overdone as with some places. We both ordered the 12 oz. ribeye, which came with garlic masked potatoes and veggies. I asked if there were any options instead of the mashed potatoes, but was told that no substitutions were possible. I am not usually a steak-eater, but since Wildfire is known for their steaks, this is what I decide to order and I was not disappointed. The ribeye was well-marbled, so if this is not your thing, go for the 8 oz. striploin steak instead. The steaks were seasoned well, but when hubby asked for horseradish on the side, we were told they ran out. Dessert included a choice of cheesecake (New York or salted caramel), chocolate raspberry torte, or Wildfire creme brulee. Although we were stuffed at this point, we ordered the cheesecakes. The salted caramel was delicious, with a chocolate crumb base. Hubby had the NY cheesecake. The menu included vegetarian options for the appetizer and the main entree, but no vegetarian options for dessert (FYI). We would definitely come here again, with a Summerlicious or Winterlicious promotion. Unlike some other restaurants which cheapen out on the offerings for a prix fixe promotion, I was happy to see that Wildfire Steakhouse had a great menu with several choices!
My wife and I, and our grown-up children, have been coming to Wildfire for years. Their food quality and service are of the highest caliber. Peter is the ultimate person to attend to our dinner – always selecting the right bottle of wine or martinis for us, and taking care of what we need. On their appetizer menu, our favourites are the Shrimp Martini, Four Cheese Spinach Dip and the Heirloom Beet Salad, which are excellent. On the main course, their steaks are the real thing. We have also had the chicken, burgers and salmon over the years, and all are fresh, very well made and of the highest quality. The steaks are definitely the highlight for us and I think they can compete hands-down with a lot of the great restaurants in Toronto on their steaks. Our favourites are the Filet Mignon and Rib Eye. Desserts are wonderful too, particularly the Crème Brulee, which they make in-house. I feel that this is one of the best kept secrets in downtown Toronto – a real gem of a restaurant.
Service was great, food was tasty but we had to switch to the bar section because the table area was ridiculously hot

This was our second visit and the food and service were as wonderful as the first time. Our waitstaff Bethany R was a lot of fun and went out of her way to make sure we had great service. We’d like to thank the chef as well for the customized sharing platter. The 20oz steak was delicious!
