I really appreciated the customer service my friend and I received from our Host Ciara! She continuously checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our experience and she also offered the best advice on choice meals on the menu. Through out my dinner in wildfire I just felt that my enjoyment/comfort was the employee’s number 1 priority and I really enjoyed that feeling. 5 star for service, the meal I had was also outstanding same with my friend! Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again!👏🏼

I recently celebrated my birthday at wildfire and it was amazing!!! Servers were extremely attentive, food was incredible, and all of the staff made the experience top notch!!

We’re not the biggest fans when it comes to hotel restaurant and bars. We feel like most fit a generic mold and they all feel pretty boring. Enter Wildfire Steakhouse. A colleague told us this place was really good so we decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did. The waiters were really informative and attentive and checked on us at a good pace throughout the night. The ambiance was modern and dare I say clubby in the best sense possible. We could see ourselves coming back to catch up with friends. We opted for a three course meal so we could try a few different things. We don’t normally eulogize salads, but the Caesar Salad is worth coming back for. No joke. The Mac and Cheese was cooked to perfection and it was thick where there was a lot of flavor without feeling sticky. The steak was cooked with a lot of butter and herbs that brought out the flavor. We ordered medium rare and it actually came out medium rare. That has to count for something as steakhouses never get that right. The mash potatoes are usually an afterthought, but they must have added a stick of butter in it making it super flavorful and tasty. The shrimp that it came with helped keep our taste buds guessing and each part of the entree was well portioned. This place definitely made an impression on us and we have already started planning on when we’ll be coming back!

Our server jazz was very sweet, attentive and thorough. Honestly one of the best servers I've had at any restaurant, she made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire night.

Portion is big, had to ask for boxes and bring the dessert home. Had 3 course meal and find the price acceptable as it was their winter menu. The steak was not evenly cooked however, though their mash was excellent. Their carrot cake was awesome (moist, not overly sweet). Vibe was good — music not too loud, you can still chat with friends. Experienced horrible traffic and restaurant was quick to reply on Open Table (the app) to modify our booking.

I went to Wildfire for the Winterlicious and I had an amazing time. The food was delicious and the service was great. The menu was really affordable at $65 a person so I wasn’t expecting much but omg the portion sizing and quality of the food was amazing. I got the calamari and ribeye and it was absolutely perfect. The calamari portion was big and well seasoned. The 12 oz ribeye was phenomenal, was cooked perfectly, and had exquisite flavour. Could not have asked for a more perfect steak. I also got the caramel cheese cake which was slightly too sweet for me but i brought it home and ate it with tea so it was perfect. I will say that the ribeye was much better than the strip loin that my friend ordered so i would recommend that more. The service was also great! Our server Cayla was super nice and attentive. She apologized for the long wait time even though we didn’t rly wait that long. Overall great restaurant! I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely be going back !

I came here on Tuesday evening with a small group of friends as part of the winterlicious promo. It was a three course meal and we ordered two bottles of wine as well. We all enjoyed everything we ordered. We were served by Jazz and she was such a sweetheart. Our main course was taking longer than usual but she was so apologetic despite us completely understanding that it wasn't her fault. We truly had such an amazing time here and she really did her best to make our experience as great as possible. She's attentive, kind and made sure we were taken care of throughout our night. Genuinely one of the best servers I've had at any restaurant. We would 100% go back and even hope to get her again if we do!
